SMALL CAKE ORDERS 

In our busiest times we would ask for at least 2 weeks notice for small orders.  Small cake orders are paid in full on ordering.- once accepted this is not re-fundable unless we receive a hand written letter 7 days before delivery or collection 

Our minimum order is 12 cupcakes



CELEBRATION CAKES

If you are ordering a Celebration cake a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking Generally 1 months notice is required should you require a  Celebration cake. Full payment is required on receipt of invoice.

WEDDING CAKE AND CUPCAKE TOWERS

We require at least 3 months notice for  Wedding cakes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking 

Full payment is required on receipt of  the invoice which is sent 3 weeks before the event.

We accept cash or cheque payment with card details - no credit or debit cards.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius ( or free to Richmond if clients collect as arranged from our stall ) anything over this is charged at 60p a mile round trip. 

STAND HIRE

A  hire charge of £5.00 is requested for small cake stands and must be returned on the date arranged otherwise penalties will be added £1.00 a day.

 Large perspex  tiers can be hired  at  £25.00 per day and we require a £50.00 deposit which will be returned as long as the tiers are returned to us in the condition that they left us. 

SETTING UP FEE

If you require us to set up and display your cakes at your venue then there is a set up fee of £30.00

If you are buying products from our on-line shop the products are well packaged and should reach their destination intact - we cannot be held responsible, if for any reason they are damaged - we do not have a return of goods or refund policy. Packages are posted 1st Class Mail
